Thanksgiving events at the girls schools

So today Rose had a special musical at school and sang spanish songs. She did great and looked so beautiful!
And Lennon had her Thanksgiving Feast at her school. It was a great time!
Today was such a wonderful day!
We have so much to be thankful for!!

Well my grandmother (Nana) has finally gone to meet her maker. I know she is in a great place and I am so blessed to have had time with her through out my life. She taught me a lot and I am greatful for having the chance to have been with family after her death. I had such a great time with my daddy, mom, sister and her sweet family. I am so blessed!
So when I got home the girls and Brent were very happy to see me and Brent is such a great daddy/husband for taking on all the responsibilites while I was gone!
When I got home Rose made a sign that said welcome home and then handed me a note. It is pricless!

Dear Mommy,

Chapter 1 Mommy
I love you so much! I missed you so much! I almost cried when you left home. You are the best mom I could have. You rock and rule! Mom all that I can think about is you are super mom!

You are supermommy. You do everything super. Mom I would not listen to people I do not know because they are not as super as you and no one is specialer then you.

Mom you rock. I said that because you play the guitar so good and sing good. I said that because you are a rockstar. You are the rockstar in are family.

Halloween

This Halloween was so fun! The Friday before Lennon had a parade and was a fire fighter and then we joined Rose at her school for a party. Lennon was so proud to be in her big sissy's BIG school class:)
For Halloween night we did our usual and went the CeCe's for trick or treating and dressed up as 1980's rock stars/no cost costumes!

Family time with the Smith's

In September Aunt Alaina, Uncle Adam and Grayson came to visit. It was a great time!!! We miss them so and love love love them!!!

1st DAY OF SCHOOL

Rose is now in third grade! We just can't believe it!!! She has never been so excited about school, she even said a thank you prayer the night before. Still after a week she is excited and even happy about homework and reading! WE WILL BE REMINDING HER OF THIS FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE!!!! Her teacher this year is Ms. Hurst and she really seems like a sweet lady. Please pray for the rest of the school year to go as good as it is now:)

So...........

Last night I packed 2 lunches and told Brent how weird it was and we had a moment.
This morning was Lennon's 1st day of preschool and she is more excited then we are. We are totally HAPPY for her but just sad that we have no more babies. It's pretty cool though to realize we need to step up our game and let go and let GOD! Just pray we can remember that through college and weddings.
On another note, I just picked up Lennon from school and she said she had such a good day and her teachers said she is so sweet and well mannered.

Girl's trip!

This year we added 1 to the bunch! Welcome Fiona! Grammy now has 6 grandkids, ALL GIRLS!!! We are so blessed to have such a WONDERFUL grammy! She takes all of us girls for a vaca every summer and this year we went to P.C. We did a lot of yummy eat'n, went to Ship Wreck Island Waterpark, went on a pirate cruise (pic above), and spent great time make'n memories at the house in "The Cove"!!!
