LIGHTS!!!

Last night we all met CeCe and Aunt Amy at the park to see all the beautiful Christmas lights. Rose loved them and just wanted to run around and Lennon was saying OOHHH!!! everytime she turned around. It was GREAT! Hope everyone's Holiday's are going good so far.

Playing dress up:)

The girls and I decided to have alittle fun and play dress up. Even Ozzie got in on the fun.

Rose's 7th Birthday!!!

Rose had an awsome party on Sat. the 13th at "The Farm". We took a hay ride, ate lunch, kicked a pinada (can't spell) but then I just turned it upside down 4 the kids, had cake and a few presents too. Rose wrote thank you's this week and the can goods that were collected went to our church's food closet for the needy. Yeepee, 4 a great birthday and thanks 2 all who made it happen.

Visiting Santa @ the mall

Another year and still Lennon is not sure about that big hairy man. Rose of course loves him. Hope everyone is being NICE. :)

Ready for the day...

The girls and I were getting ready for our day and I was putting on my clothes as Lennon was brushing her teeth. I was done and turned to get Lennon and saw that she had my underwear around her neck ready to leave. She is to funny, there is never a dull moment.

What not to do.

Brent's sister (aka, Aunt Amy) brought over some FSU tattoos for Rose to wear for the football game. Well, Rose liked them so much she wore them for 3 days and if you look close on her cheeks it left black circles. By the way some is still there and its been over a week. Everyone learn from our funny mistake. She wore them proud.

GUITAR HERO's

So Brent and the girls love the game Guitar Hero and this is one of my favorite pics right now. How cute is it that both girls are lying there watching daddy Rock out. :)

Our other little WIZ-KID

This is Lennon with Rose's homework. She took it off the table were Rose was doing homework when Rose got up for a second. Too cute!!! Lennon is very into coloring and writing on everything. I think she thinks she's as old as Rose sometimes. hehe!

Thanksgiving '08

So, first and for most we are so thankful for our wonderful family and friends. We really couldn't make it through life this happy without any of you. We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and we missed all of you that we couldn't be with. We went to The Farm (mom and Don's) and had a blast. I cooked for the first time and didn't do half bad. LOL moment, mama and I cooked the bird upside down, but whatever, it was still moist and yummy. The kids played til they pretty much just passed out and Ozzie loved all the animals. He wanted to chase the chickens and goats. Well, enjoy the pics and good luck to all through Dec. don't stress to much.

Surgery AGAIN?!!? :]

Yes, you read right. For the third time this year this little Holland family is dealing with surgery again. Mommy (amy) needed a new bladder! I won't go into to much detail because its weird and gross (TMI) but things were tightened, tacked and removed. I am a week out and things are going pretty good. Went to see grandparents today and Rose and I went to see High School Musical 3. It was diffantly to much but I can just rest it off tonight and tomorrow. It is a 4 week recovery so the prayers need to go to Christi and Brent the most. Thank you Jesus for them!!! Hope everyone Halloween was fun and all is well.

Forget crating Ozzie :)

How funny is this, Rose and I went into the laundry room where all of Ozzie's stuff is and I was showing her where the food was kept and then we turn around to find Lennon in the dog crate. She stayed in it for awhile and just played and we watched her and laughted.

OZZIE!!!

We have welcomed the sweetiet dog ever into our family. We have been serching for a while now for the perfect dog. This dog is for Rose for christmas. She of course wanted a puppy, but we knew we couldn't handle a puppy so, we told Rose that puppies have no problem getting adopted, but older dogs do. We reminded her the way she felt when Lennon came in our life and that sadness is what those dogs feel too. She was all about it then. Well, we found Ozzie at Tallahassee Big Dog Rescue. He is a pure bred Shit Zue, 4 yrs old with the cutest under bite and smile. His left front leg is permenantly bowed out caused from a break that was never delt with, which just makes hIm even cuter. Ozzie is so sweet, he LOVES the girls so much and is very tolorant of Lennon. He never barks and goes with the flow of everything. Rose is a great mommy, she feeds him, takes him out to go potty and walks. We are so blessed to have him in our life, we hope he feels the same.

Rose 4 Pres!

At school Rose was asked what she would do if she were President and her response was...

I will help people who are greatful.

I will buy a car for a poor person.

I will be in a bike race because it is fun.

How awsome is that. I love it!

GO ROSE!!!

1 last beach hoora

T
We are very blessed that every year around this time Amy, Brent's sister rents a beach house at St. George for a week, well she invites us to come for the weekend. It is amazing this time of year. The weather is perfect. We are able to walk to the beach and play, tire out in the pool, eat a lot, take bike rides(Rose rode alittle over 3 miles), and try and nap. Good-bye summer, Hello Fall!!!

1st grade brings tests

Rose is doing amazing in school. This is one of many spelling test that she has done great on.

GO AWAY FAY!

gOIng AlttLE cRaZy!

Tropical Storm Fay was very aggervating. She just sat on us for days and let down tones of rain. Daddy has been at work for 84 hours since Friday morning so that has not helped the crazyness. Now it is time for clean up. So fun?! :< We are very lucky though, because so many people have trees down and with all of ours its wild that we didn't lose 1. Thank you Jesus for keeping us safe too.

POTTY TIME!

Yes, our little Lennon is getting ready for the potty. Last week she peed on the potty because she was telling us when she wanted her dydy changed. So then we decided to go buy her a potty of her own. We are still working on how to sit on it but she has gone 1 other time. YEAH FOR LENNON!!!

House Hunting!!??!!

So Brent and I have started the process of home ownership. Wow, didn't know it could be so intense. We are finishing up at the bank and now on the hunt for a home. We are taking our time with this and praying a lot. The right one is out there and the right time will come. Keeping our FAITH is #1. This picture is of Lennon totally passed out after a day of house hunting with mommy.

1ST GRADE

I can't believe Rose is now in first grade. She is still at W.T. Moore and her teacher is Mrs. Ritzel. Pray for Rose, she needs to work on listening and following directions. So far after 4 days she has enjoyed school. I think being a little more challenged is helping her to have the want for getting up and going to school and of course seeing her friends. Rose has turned into our social butterfly. This week she starts homework. YEAH!? Brent and I might have to get a tutor already, yikes. Thank GOD for all of our smart friends.

Nice hair!!!

The girls playing at the park for the last days of summer break. What is so funny is that they don't know their hair is standing up. hehe.

The beautiful sister's

Are they just the cutest girls ever or what?

LOVE'N IT!

Look close, Lennon is in mid-air. She has no fear.

We have another artist on our hands!

Like her sister and all the other creative family members Lennon has an eye for art. She had lots of fun making this picture. This was her very 1st picture. OH, Lennon has also learned to say her name. She says it, Nennon. To cute!!!

Say Chuck-E-Cheese

Rose is in camp at church this summer and of course she's having a blast. I wanted to share this picture because it is so random that such a pretty picture could come from a chuck-e-cheese machine. It looks like an old-timey pic. Crazy, huh?

Stepping stones

So for about a month now I have been working with Lennon on how to use a fork. Well it has been very interesting and dangerous at times. The fork was more of a weapon, but then the other night at dinner she pick the fork right up and went to time. YEEPPEE!

Rose finally loses her tooth!!

Finally, Rose lost her 1st tooth on Wednesday night!!! The tooth was just hanging there because the big tooth is half way grown in. So I told her if she got it out I would take her to get ice cream. Yes, I bribed her. Well daddy got her kind of scared, you know how dad's can be. He would joke and say he was gonna go get his pliers. So Rose was very hesitant until I got the idea to put baby oral-jel to numb the area. Then after the jel we tied a string to the door and the other end to her tooth. She wanted daddy to go sit down away from her (to funny) and then told me that she wanted to close the door. Well, we were waiting and waiting and I just couldn't take it any more so, I slamed the door and out it popped. It was hularious because Rose had no clue that the tooth was even out. I started yelling you did it, you did it!!! And kissed and hugged her, told daddy to get over there and then she finally got really exccited and hugged us with the biggest smile ever. She washed her mouth out and then her and I went to get ice cream.

Rose is trying to catch some fish.

Silly Lennon enjoying the boat ride. She loves life, its so great!
